Overview
Golwe is where Sunwave kids stop being participants and start being leaders. Built for youth who've shown commitment and potential, it channels advanced ocean skill into something bigger: real leadership, real mentorship of younger kids, and a genuine step toward competition and eventually paid work through PRO.
Why This Program Exists
Growth needs somewhere to go. Golwe exists so the confidence and skill built in Vonk doesn't plateau, it turns into leadership, mentorship, and a real pathway forward, not just more time in the water.
