01
Ocean-Therapy
Continued exposure to violence leaves youth emotionally unstable and desensitised. Ocean therapy is a powerful intervention to improve mental health, reduce stress, and build resilience.
02
Literacy
Poverty and limited resources drive school dropout rates. We provide academic support, literacy development, and alternative education pathways to improve retention and learning outcomes.
03
Skills Development
Generational poverty limits opportunity for West Coast youth. Our PRO program equips young people with technical skills, opening pathways to sustainable livelihoods.
Nature heals: 9 out of 10 beneficiaries say the ocean helps them feel happy
Reading is power: we provide over 144 hours of literacy support per child annually
>70% of our PRO program beneficiaries gain skills they can use to find work or further study

However, we need to address the root cause. If we want our youth to become independent, productive citizens, leaders in the community, and champions for change, a holistic development approach is mandatory in order to disrupt cycles of inequality.
Stats & Facts
Aiming to strengthen what already works and improve outcomes, we have developed a rigorous impact measurement strategy that considers not only the kids and their communities but also the impact of volunteers and PSW staff
