Overview
PRO is where the pathway pays off. This is the bridge between years of ocean-based youth development and an actual job, income, or enterprise, in the ocean economy or beyond. It's built for older youth and school leavers who've come up through the earlier programs and are ready to turn skill into livelihood.
Why This Program Exists
Confidence and skill mean little without somewhere real to put them. PRO exists to make sure the years of investment in a young person's development actually convert into employment, income, or education, closing the loop between youth development and economic opportunity.
