What: A six-month long program
When: From July until September
The Pro program is a skills development program that provides essential training in lifesaving, eco-tourism, and yachting industry, opening pathways to employment and economic independence.
Lifesaving Module: This module provides essential training in lifesaving techniques and first aid, leading to recognized certification. Participants gain the skills and confidence needed to respond to emergencies and promote safety on land and in aquatic environments.
Conservation Module: Focused on marine ecosystems, this module educates participants on ocean conservation practices and environmental stewardship. Through hands-on learning, youth deepen their understanding of sustainability and their role in protecting the sea.
Eco-Tourism Module: Participants develop guiding and customer service skills tailored to eco-tourism settings, with a focus on ethical, community-centered tourism. This module supports future employment in a growing, environmentally conscious industry.
Career Module: Designed to support long-term success, this module includes resume building, interview preparation, and job placement assistance. Participants leave equipped with practical tools and confidence for entering the workforce.
