Golwe, meaning Waves in Afrikaans, is a dynamic ocean-based program that develops youth through leadership, technical training, and social-emotional learning. Combining surf, SUP, and lifesaving skills with peer mentoring, teamwork, and competition readiness.

Surf, SUP & Nippers Module: This module focuses on enhancing participants' technical abilities in surfing, junior lifesaving, and stand-up paddleboarding. Through guided instruction and hands-on practice, youth will gain confidence in the water and refine their ocean skills in a supportive environment.
Leadership Module: Participants will explore what it means to be a leader in the surf and SUP world, learning communication, decision-making, and safety skills. This module empowers young ocean athletes to take initiative and lead with integrity both in and out of the water.
Social-Emotional Learning Module: Through collaborative challenges and peer mentoring, this module strengthens teamwork and fosters positive relationships. Youth will support one another's growth while developing empathy, trust, and a sense of community.
Competition Module: This module prepares participants for local and regional surf and SUP competitions through structured training and mock events. Emphasis is placed on personal bests, sportsmanship, and representing their community with pride.
