What happens when you mix salt water, structured support, and belief in young people?

In our first program cycle, we’re tracking the outcomes that matter:

• 📚 70% of learners improving literacy and numeracy by at least 10%

• 🌊 85% mastering vital water safety skills

• ❤️ 70% reporting better emotional stability and wellbeing

• 💬 75% demonstrating improved teamwork and communication

These aren’t just stats… they're signs that young people are developing the social, emotional, and cognitive strengths they need to thrive.

But we’re thinking long-term. By 2030, we want to see:

• More youth graduating and entering post-secondary education

• Greater employment, including entrepreneurial success

• Improved mental health and household stability

• A generation leading Lambert’s Bay into a brighter future
